State material reserves are established in compliance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the Competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, and Act No. 241/2000 Coll., on the Economic Measures for Crisis Situations and on the Amendments to Certain Related Acts. The requirements of the establishment of state material reserves ensue from the crisis plans.
