Welcome to the website of the State Material Reserves Administration, which regularly informs about its activities as the central body of the state administration for economic measures in crisis situations and for state material reserves. More than half of the material reserves is made up of crude oil and oil products, the amount of which is determined by the international obligations of the Czech Republic. The state material reserves include mobilization reserves and emergency reserves intended for 24 types of crisis situations. Emergency stocks are created according to the requirements of individual ministries. The Administration creates a concept of economic measures for crisis situations and their security in accordance with the relevant laws. It monitors the total stocks of crude oil and oil products in the Czech Republic. It replenishes, protects, modifies, and maintains state material reserves, including stocks for humanitarian aid. Together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, it provides humanitarian aid of the Czech Republic to countries abroad.
