Quality Policy of the Czech Republic – State Material Reserves Administration (summary)
The quality policy is based on the Concept of Activities of the State Material Reserves Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) for the years 2015 – 2020 with a view to 2022 and it is binding for all organizational units of the Administration.
In its decision to fulfill Government Resolution No. 275 of 10th April 2017, following Government Resolution No. 680 of 27th August 2014 on the Strategic Framework for the Development of Public Administration of the Czech Republic for the period 2014 – 2020, the Administration decided to meet the prescribed criteria through one of the permitted variants for meeting the requirements of the government resolution defined in the Methodological Instruction for Quality Management in Service Offices, namely the certification of the State Material Reserves Administration according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 standard.
The Administration is the central body of state administration in the areas of economic measures for crisis situations and state material reserves and it undertakes to constantly improve its services in the areas of the system of management, measures for crisis situations, creation of state material reserves, storage and protection of state material reserves and construction of infrastructure, and oil security, with regard to the understanding and needs of stakeholders, in particular by:
- introduction of new knowledge in the field of quality management systems,
- improving process performance,
- fulfilling the strategy by fulfilling strategic goals,
- planning the development of human resources competencies.
Based on meeting the conditions for certification contained in the ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2016 standard and compliance with its standards, the Administration undertakes, within the management policy for sustainable development of the Administration, to meet the relevant requirements and to continuously improve quality management.
